Make sure to include your Name, Email Address, Order #, Date of Purchase, and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will get in touch with you within two business days. If your Birdie meets the warranty requirements, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. Once we receive your return merchandise, we'll promptly send you a one-time replacement to your original address at no cost.
